Many people decide to dine at fast-food restaurants because of their price, taste, and easiness. However, there are many dangerous precautions one should take when eating out. In this article, it states that some fast-food places cook their fried foods with hydrogenated oils, which contains trans fats, that can increase a person's risk of having heart disease. Type 2 diabetes are also increase when eating out on a regular basis. " According to a long-term study...people who ate at fast-food restaurants more than twice weekly for 15 years gained an average of 10 extra pounds and were twice as likely to develop insulin resistance as people who ate fast food less than once per week"(Miller). With the increase of health risks, society's health bills would increase as well simultaneously.

I agree the reason why most people go to fast food restaurants because it is very cheap and very affordable. But I believe if more people were informed of the dangers of eating fast food they will think twice before buying there next burger.
